Temporary Baggage Storage Service

Travel light and enjoy Kashihara hands-free.
We temporarily store your suitcases and other baggage for a fee while you explore Kashihara and the surrounding area.

Fee

¥1,000 per item, per day

Flat rate regardless of size.

Payment is required in advance.

Reception Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Storage Period: Up to 7 days, including the date of deposit. Unclaimed items may be disposed of in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

How to Use

Deposit

Bring your baggage to the reception counter. Please sign the agreement to the Terms and Conditions and fill in your contact details.
You will receive a claim ticket. Please keep it safe — it is required for pick-up.
Payment is made in advance by cash, credit card, or QR code payment.

Pick-up

Present your claim ticket at the reception counter.
Pick-up after 5:00 PM incurs an additional one-day fee (¥1,000).
The building closes at 7:00 PM. After closing, baggage can be collected from 9:00 AM the next day.

Items Not Accepted (Examples)

Cash and valuables (securities, precious metals, passports, etc.)
Precision instruments (PCs, etc.), fragile items, and artwork
Animals, plants, and perishables
Volatile or explosive hazardous materials and chemicals
Firearms, swords, and other items prohibited by law
Items that emit an odor or are prone to deterioration (including refrigerated or frozen goods)
